Ingredients
- water - 8 kg.
- salt - 150 g.
- sugar - 130 g.
- MSG - 20 g.
- juniper - 5 g.
- allspice - 6 g.
- whole black peppercorns - 10 g.
- chili flakes - 1 g.
- mustard seed - 8 g.
- cloves - 9
- garlic cloves - 3, crushed
- thyme - 14 g., fresh
- bay leaves - 3
- ice - 4 kg.
