Irish porter bread

Ingredients
- Guinness beer - 16 oz.
- raisin - 16 oz.
- brown sugar - 16 oz.
- eggs - 4 ea.
- flour - 4.5 cups
- baking soda - 1 Tbsp.
- Irish butter - 8 oz.
Instructions
- Heat Guinness and raisins with brown sugar until warm and raisins plumped.
- Combine flour and baking soda.
- Melt Irish butter.
- Mix all ingredients by hand lightly.
- Spray loaf pans with oil and flour.
- Ladle batter into sprayed loaf pans 3/4 full.
- Bake 350°F approximately 35 minutes until toothpick comes out clean..
