- Wagyu ground beef - 5 lbs.
- grated onion - 5 oz.
- minced garlic - 1 oz.
- chopped parsley - 1.5 oz.
- black pepper - 1 tsp.
- grated parmesan - 5 oz.
- plain bread crumbs - 5 oz.
- cream - 5 oz.
- salt - 2 Tbsp.
- eggs - 10 ea.
- smoked paprika - 1/2 Tbsp.
