Sugar Cane Manhattan

Ingredients
- Cachaça Leblon Signature - 2 ozs.
- Martini Rosso - 3/4 oz.
- sugar cube - 1
- drops orange bitter - 4 drops
- lemon zest - 1
Instructions
- Macerate in a mixing glass one sugar cube with four drops of orange bitter
- Add the Martini Rosso, Leblon Signature and shake
- Add ice ball to a cognac glass
- Strain from the mixing glass to the cognac glass
- Add a zest of lemon for decoration
