The Hawaiian-itis Martini

Ingredients
- pineapple - 1 ea., ripe, cored and chunked
- vodka - 1 cup
- vanilla vodka - 1 cup
- pineapple rum - 1 cup
- RumHaven coconut‑water rum - 1 cup
- simple syrup - 2 ozs. (optional)
Instructions
- Put pineapple in a 1‑gallon jar. Pour in all spirits and syrup. Submerge fruit and seal.
- Infuse at room temperature for 5–7 days.
- To serve: shake 4 ounces of infused liquid with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a pineapple chunk.
