Pisco Sidecar

Ingredients
- pisco - 2 oz.
- apricot liqueur - 1 oz.
- fresh lemon juice - 1 oz.
- lemon twist - 1 ea., for garnish
- sugar - to taste, for the rim
Instructions
- Wet the rim of a cocktail glass with a lemon wedge and dip it into a plate of sugar to create a sugar rim.
- In a shaker filled with ice, combine: 2 oz. pisco, 1 oz. apricot liqueur and 1 oz. fresh lemon juice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass over ice or straight up.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
