
The Brook-Lea Butterfly cocktail

Ingredients
- fresh cucumber juice - 1 oz.
- fresh lime juice - 1 oz.
- simple syrup - 1 oz.
- butterfly pea flower tea - 1 1/2 oz.
- Empress 1908 Gin - 2 oz.
Instructions
Build in the wine glass.
- Add Tito's.
- Add ice to the top of the wine glass.
- Add cucumber juice on the side of the glass.
- Add lime juice on the other side of the glass.
- Add simple syrup.
- On the side of the wine glass, add 2 oz. of butterfly pea flower tea. Add more ice if needed.
- Add Empress Gin. Using the back of a bar spoon, slowly pour in the gin to float to the top.
- Finish with a mint sprig and orchid edible flower.
