Spiced Apple Bellini

Ingredients
- Peach Schnapps - 1 oz.
- brown sugar simple syrup* - .5 oz.
- apple cider - 2 oz.
- prosecco - 3 oz.
- fresh lemon - squeeze
- Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
- brown sugar - 1 cup
- water - 1 cup
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp.
Instructions
Heat brown sugar, water and vanilla extract on high until sugar is dissolved (about 10 min).
To assemble: Add all ingredients to a universal-size wine glass. Garnish with Apple slices.
