Smoldering Knob Creek Manhattan

Ingredients
- Knob Creek Bourbon - 2.5 ozs.
- Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth - 1/2 oz.
- Orange Angostura Bitters - 2 dashes
- Bada Bing Cherries - 2 ea.
- orange slice - 1 ea.
- rosemary skewer - 1 ea., slightly dried (for better smoking effect)
Instructions
Procedure:
- Pour the bourbon, vermouth and bitters on the rocks.
- Garnish with orange slice and cherries skewered on rosemary.
- Light the rosemary before bringing it to the table, and trail the smell throughout the bar to delight the guest.
