Price*s Pimento Cheese Churros

Ingredients
- Price*s Pimento Cheese - 1 cup
- eggs - 2 ea.
- flour - 1 cup
- cornmeal - 1/2 cup
- Paul Prudhomme Blackening Redfish Magic - 1 Tbsp.
- Louisiana Hot Sauce - 1 Tbsp.
- sea salt - as needed
Instructions
Procedure:
- In a mixer, mix the eggs until thoroughly blended. Next, add the pimento cheese and blend it with the eggs. After the mix is homogenous, add the Redfish Magic and LA Hot Sauce as well as the flour and cornmeal. Mix until combined.
- Place the pimento cheese mixture into a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip.
- Squeeze churros, cutting to the desired size, into 350F fryer and fry until golden brown. Sprinkle some Sea Salt on top. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy.
