Pork Rub

Ingredients
- kosher salt - 75 g.
- brown sugar - 75 g.
- coarse ground pepper - 40 g.
- granulated garlic - 10 g.
- coriander seeds - 42 g.
- juniper berries - 10 g.
- red pepper flakes - 6.5 g.
Instructions
Procedure:
- Grind coriander, juniper berries and red pepper flakes. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
