Ingredients
- lavender syrup - 3/4 oz.
- lemon juice - 1 oz.
- luxardo maraschino - 1/4 oz.
- crem de violette - 1/4 oz.
- creme de cassis - 1/4 oz.
- Oxley gin - 2 ozs.
- egg white - as needed
- prosecco - as needed
- For Garnish
- dried lavender blossom touille
- raspberry viola
Instructions
Procedure:
- Combine all of the ingredients into a shaker. Dry shake, then add ice and shake all the ingredients together; double strain into a Bordeaux glass with a sphere ice cube. Add garnish.
