Gin Grapefruit Sour

Ingredients
- Botanist Gin - 2 ozs.
- Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice - 1 oz.
- freshly squeezed lemon - 1 oz.
- egg whites - 1 oz., whipped
- simple syrup - as needed
- fresh grapefruit wedge - as needed, for garnish
Instructions
Procedure:
- Shake and strain into a coupe.
- Garnish with a fresh grapefruit wedge.
