Club. Ingredients oatmeal - 10 cups, old fashioned pumpkin seeds - 2 cups, raw, hulled, unsalted sunflower seeds - 2 cups, raw hulled, unsalted sesame seeds - 2 cups maple syrup - 1 1/2 cups, grade b preferred extra virgin olive oil - 1 cup dark brown sugar - 1 cup salt - 2 Tbsps. Instructions Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Spread evenly over 3 full sheet pans. Bake at 300°F until crisp, stirring every 20 minutes. Cool, then store in gallon zip-top bags in the freezer.
