Chai Espresso Martini

Ingredients
- vanilla vodka - 2 oz.
- Kahlúa - 1 oz.
- espresso - 1.5 oz., steeped with chai
- RumChata - .5 oz.
- espresso beans - garnish
- cinnamon - garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with 3 espresso beans and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Procedure for chai espresso
- Steep one chai tea bag in a double shot of espresso and chill overnight. Yields 2 cocktails.
Note: I prefer to use decaf espresso in this recipe, as chai has a moderate amount of caffeine.
