Bourbon Sunset

Ingredients
- bourbon - 2 oz.
- fresh lemon juice - 1 1/2 oz.
- honey simple syrup - 1 oz.
- Aperol - 1 oz.
Instructions
- Shake bourbon, lemon juice and honey simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Strain over fresh ice.
- Top with 1 oz. Aperol.
