Berry White Cocktail

Ingredients
- simple syrup - 1 fl. oz.
- frozen raspberries - 1/4 cup
- egg white - 1/4 fl. oz.
- 94-proof gin - 2 fl. oz.
- fresh lemon juice - 1.5 fl. oz.
- ice - as needed
- dehydrated raspberry power - as needed
Instructions
- Add simple syrup and frozen raspberries in the bottom of a shaker; muddle.
- Add egg whites, gin, lemon juice and ice to the shaker and shake hard with tin on tin.
- Strain in to coupe glass.
- Garnish the top of the drink with a sprinkle of dehydrated raspberry powder.
