- 12-inch flour tortilla - 1, warmed
- housemade horseradish sauce - 1 oz. (see recipe)
- green leaf lettuce - 2 pieces
- tomato slices - 2
- swiss cheese slices - 2
- roasted beef striploin - 6 ozs. (see recipe)
- Horseradish Sauce
- heavy cream - 1 cup, whipped stiff
- mayonnaise - 1 cup
- grated horseradish - 1/2 cup
- applesauce - 2 Tbsps.
- Roasted Beef Striploin
- beef striploin end - 4 lbs.
- salt - to taste
- pepper - to taste
