- tomato paste - 3/4 cup
- garlic cloves - 5, minced
- anchovy - 1 1/2 Tbsp.
- black olives - 3/4 cup
- balsamic vinegar - 1 cup
- porcini - 1/2 cup ground dried into powder
- parmesan - 1/4 cup, grated
- palm sugar - 1/2 cup
- sorghum - 1/4 cup
- canola oil - 1/2 cup
- assorted fresh herbs - 2 ozs., tarragon, parsley and chive
- sea salt - 1 Tbsp., smoked
- bonito flakes - 2 Tbsp., dried
